Georgia Oboh and Anita Uwadia win laurels at the 2013 U.S Kids European Championships.
KGI Ambassadors Georgia Oboh and Anita Uwadia did their country, Nigeria proud at the 2013 U.S. Kids European Championships. Each player came fourth in their respective age categories coming home with trophies as result. Anita competed in the age 15-18 years girls category while Georgia competed in the girls aged 12 years. In addition, 11 Nigerian players were represented at the event, 9 of which went on to shoot within the qualifying standard to play at the U.S. Kids World Championships. The Nigerian camp recieved a congratulatory message from organisers of the tournament for their brilliant play in just their second appearance at the event.
Top Scorers to recieve cash prizes at the 3rd KGI All African Junior Championships in 2014.
The 2014 top scorer will recieve a cash prize and be the holder of a new trophy called the A.S.A plate. The prize will be introduced at the 2014 event in memory of Late Abubakar Shime Abudullahi who was very instrumental in the success of the 1st All African KGI Junior Championships held at the IBB Golf & Country Club in April 2012. His wife Mrs. Nana Abubakar was the 2011-2012 Lady Captain of the IBB Golf Club who welcomed KGI with open arms at the inagural event. Abubakar contributions will always be remembered within the KGI camp through this prize and trophy.

More schools sign up to KGI Academy Program for the 2013-2014 Academy Year.
More schools have signed up the KGI Academy golf programs following a successfull launch of the academy in 2012. This brings the figures to a total of 400 students across 15 primary and secondary schools in Lagos and Ogun State. There are further plans to expand to schools in Oyo, Abuja and Kaduna.
The KGI Academy golf development curriculum has been developed using proven world wide standards such as the Life Time Player Development Program used by many developed countries. Our curriculum is endorsed by experienced PGA Golf Professionals.
Our academies are structured not only for the students but also for the coaches that teach them using well known proven methods and principles. That way we are sure that both students and coaches are getting the best out of each other.

Young Chinwe Obuaya Shines in the Sunshine - South Africa
KGI Ambassador Chinwe Obuaya wins a laurel at the inaugural South African Junior Golf Championships. The U.S Kids sanctioned event saw junior players from all over the world coverge at the Zebula Golf and Country Club to compete for the inaugural event. Chinwe's first outing to represent Nigeria was at the U.S Kids European championships in May 2013. She however learnt from the experience and used it to her advantage in August 2013 while in South Africa. Chinwe was part of the delegation of 4 players who represented Nigeria in South Africa.
